Compensation: $20 per hour (with bonus pay available for bilingual canvassers)

Job Description:
As Field Organizer, you will serve as a vital member of our campaign team, engaging directly with voters to build support and mobilize our community. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods to engage voters in meaningful conversations about our candidate and campaign.
- Utilizing provided materials and resources to effectively communicate our campaign message and key issues to voters.
- Collecting valuable data and feedback from voters to inform our voter targeting and outreach strategies.
- Representing our campaign with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm while interacting with community members.
- Adhering to all campaign protocols and guidelines for canvassing activities, including data entry and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to a consistent schedule of canvassing shifts.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods, even in varying weather conditions.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in canvassing, community organizing, or voter outreach is preferred but not required
